The opportunity at OneStop

 

Working within the Product team at OneStop you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, bringing value to our customers, expanding existing and growing market opportunities and owning the products.

 

As a part of the product team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, design, and technology teams to grow our existing products. You will ensure our products deliver key benefits to our customers and business, putting the customer at the center of everything you do. You will champion new ideas and trial new products to meet market demands and seize new business opportunities. The business is moving towards a product led approach and this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape new processes and introduce your ideas into the teams at OneStop.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap - communicate the product roadmap across the business.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps based on prioritized initiatives and ROI.
  • Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the success of new products and initiatives.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, obtain product feedback and optimize the customer journey.
  • Define key metrics to talk to the business and measure success.
  • Experiment with new ideas, use iterative testing and experimentation frameworks to prove ideas through success metrics and results.
  • Collaborate daily with the technology, product and delivery teams to own the product lifecycle.
  • Continually research current and emerging market trends and technologies, with a focus on competitor analysis and market positioning.
  • Facilitate workshops and customer focused sessions to define new initiatives and products.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • At least 5 years’ experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex products and/or projects in an Agile environment
  • A proven understanding and demonstrated experience with building Product roadmaps.
  • A proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage key stakeholders across the business.
  • Hands on experience using modern practices such as Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Start Up to design and develop B2B products
  • Results driven attitude, with an emphasis on the customer satisfaction, key product metrics and ROI.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively facilitate workshops within the business.

 

OneStop’s office is currently based in Redfern, but we are moving to a fantastic new Sydney CBD office within the next 6 months!

 

Please note that while OneStop offers a highly flexible working environment, our employees MUST be based in Sydney or live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Sydney office.
