The opportunity at OneStop

Manage the strategic program of customer implementations and lead the team to deliver a high-quality implementation program for the OneStop -product suite. This role will include fostering and cultivating innovation across both the implementation team and the wider Commercial team.

 

As our Head of Implementations you will:

  • Be accountable for the comprehensive success of the implementation program and strategy.
  • Align the implementation program with our commercial mission of creating value, protecting our customer base, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and document business processes and procedures, including business process flow, operational best practices, and detailed overviews of customer operations.
  • Ensure that implementations are delivered within the agreed timeframe, adhering to best practices.
  • Assist OneStop in establishing system requirements and coordinating system integration between the customer and OneStop as needed.
  • Facilitate the formation and management of cross-functional implementation teams based on customer requirements.
  • Manage customer issues, and concerns, escalating when necessary if unable to resolve.

 

What we’re looking for?

  • 7 + years relevant experience in business, commercial or product strategy.
  • Proven experience in executing solution delivery to enterprise clients.
  • Strategic planning capabilities with proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in client management and forging long term genuine relationships.
  • Experience in driving innovation and solutions within a technical environment.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in escalation resolution.
