The opportunity at OneStop:

We're looking for a commercially sharp Group Product Manager to lead the Data & Innovation portfolio — a collection of products that turn OneStop’s unique data assets into intelligence, automation, and new revenue streams.

 

This is not a technical custodian role. You'll be as fluent talking to the Board about a new revenue line as you are in a customer feedback session. You'll own the full product lifecycle: strategy, build, pricing, packaging, and go to market — with a tribe of product managers, engineers, and QA practitioners looking to you for direction and commercial rigour.

 

What you’ll own:

  • Portfolio strategy: Translate the corporate strategy into a 12-24 month horizon strategic roadmap for the Tribe , aligned to Company & Board level objectives & KPIs, incorporating AI/ML opportunities to drive the growth of the portfolio.
  • GTM: Lead GTM planning for new data and analytics products — including launch sequencing, customer segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Communication (path to vision): Champion the future state of the product portfolio to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting the role of AI/ML in achieving product goals, and clearly articulating the commercial ‘Why?’ behind the roadmap.
  • Market Intelligence: Drive research into market trends to identify unmet needs / opportunities and inform product strategy and investment cases, ensuring OneStop maintains defensive moat through data and AI and informs growth strategy.
  • Pricing & packaging architecture: Design and optimise product packaging and tiering (eg, Good/Better/Best & how that translates into tiering for new product offerings) that maximises Lifetime Value (LTV) and captures the unique ROI of our AI insights.
  • Monetisation Engine: Lead the transition or introduction of new business models (eg, shifting from transactional to subscription/value based models).
  • GTM & Commercial Readiness: Own the end to end GTM execution. This goes beyond ‘technical’ planning. Lead GTM planning for new data and analytics products — including launch sequencing, customer segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Yield Optimisation: Establish rigorous post launch feedback loops to iterate on pricing elasticity, friction points, and product market fit.
  • Value-Driven AI: Identify and evaluate AI/ML opportunities, defining clear value propositions and success metrics that move beyond "cool tech" to "commercial outcome."
  • Data Services Advocacy: Advocate for a data driven approach, leading the execution of data powered experiences that support the deployment of predictive logistics solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse the commercial performance of AI/ML solutions, iterating to maximise both customer effectiveness and business value.
  • P&L Accountability: Manage Tribe P&Ls, tracking margins, reducing costs, and identifying new revenue generating opportunities.
  • Board Level Business Cases: Develop robust investment cases and ROI evaluations for new opportunities, providing clear sensitivity analysis on pricing and adoption assumptions.
  • Joint Accountability: Share responsibility with Commercial and Growth teams for delivering specific EBITDA and market share outcomes.
  • Talent Mentorship: Develop and mentor Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and customer centricity.
  • Cultural Transformation: Play a key role in transitioning OneStop into a truly product led organisation by shaping new processes and cross functional ways of working

 

What we’re looking for?

  • Depth of experience with 5+ years leading major product initiatives across multiple B2B products. You can take rough times and big ideas and turn them into a product workplan, roadmap linked to strategic pillars, an experiment map, and research with minimal guidance.
  • Business Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users, customers and the business.
  • GTM leadership: You have designed and executed go-to-market plans for B2B products — not delegated them. You know what a launch plan looks like and you've owned the result.
  • Pricing & packaging: You've designed commercial models from scratch — tiered pricing, usage-based, bundled — with documented rationale and commercial outcomes. Not just a slide; lived experience.
  • Stakeholder influence: You've navigated complex, multi-stakeholder environments including C-suite and Board-level audiences. You adapt your communication style without losing your point of view.
  • Data & platform products: You understand data products — APIs, analytics, intelligence layers — and can hold your own with data engineering and architecture teams without needing to be one of them.
  • Strong prioritisation skills ensuring that your product workplan is focused on high impact, urgent and commercially feasible product work.
  • Data minded wherever possible. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact. You understand the value of data capture and value creation.
  • Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of features and experiments. You are comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimizing an existing flow.
  • Product interaction and craftsmanship. You will own every product interaction across your remit and should show the attention to detail this responsibility deserves.
  • Natural leadership. You’ll know how to influence people, collaborate, get buy-in as required, to get things done. People will enjoy working with you. Stakeholder management is a core part of your forte.
  • Regular written and verbal communication, that is clear and effective, will be required to ensure you are aligned with your internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Logistics, supply chain or regulated industry: Experience in freight, ports, trade finance, or comparable B2B environments. You understand multi-sided platforms and enterprise buying cycles.
