About the role

In this 12-month fixed-term position you will work directly with current and prospective customers to develop solutions, by aligning customer objectives with the ideal 1-Stop products. Work closely with our Sales and Product teams to create a clear value proposition for our clients to exceed their expectations.

You will develop stories to assist client’s product delivery, create functional and technical user guides, as well as support Product Managers with prioritization.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Engage & collaborate with project stakeholders and industry representatives, to understand the environment and customer needs.
• Conduct business analysis to document clear outcomes for the business and our customers.
• Develop and document user stories in line with 1-Stop architecture & product roadmaps for technical & business objectives.
• Perform data mapping and exchange data with other systems.
• Create process mapping/swim lane diagrams.

About you

You will bring the following experience to the role:

• Have an IT /Computer Science background with previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Ability to quickly understand the customer’s needs and provide customers with the ideal solution.
• Ability to develop stories with the required level of detail.
• Exceptional analytical skills to specify the business, functional & technical requirements; paired with an ability to identify the root causes of issues.
• Exceptional communications skill both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and influence stakeholders both internally & externally.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Proven working experience using Jira.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Previous experience within the supply chain industry.
